I have studied Python scripting as part of my Geographic Information Science studies. This scripting language is useful for automating commonly used tools within ESRI ArcMap. With my previous studies of C++ this language was easy to learn and I've found it useful for use with ArcMap. A few examples of class projects I completed are below.
